A close affiliate of Doosan Bobcat, Doosan Digital Innovation America, LLC (DDIA) is the primary provider of managed IT services to the world famous Bobcat Company.  Beyond Bobcat, DDIA provides IT services to a wide variety of Doosan affiliates all over the world.

1. Position : General Ledger Accountant

2. Location : Suwanee, GA

3. Job Information
We are looking for a General Ledger Accountant with extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS to join our Finance team. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, performing account analysis and reconciliations, fixed asset and prepaid expense management, cash monitoring, and participate in month-end close.

4. Role & Responsibility
•    Drive overall direction of development projects, including vision, scope, client services and support needs.
•    Prepare monthly account reconciliations including intercompany transactions on AR/AP, revenue/cost with related party and taxes
•    Prepare journal entries of various accruals and prepaid expense for the month
•    Prepare Reclassification entries of any account activities properly if needed
•    General account and transaction analysis
•    Ad hoc reporting and projects as required by external auditor and headquarter
•    Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager
•    Close Oracle AP/AR/Purchasing/FA/GL module
•    Communicate and coordinate efforts with the external tax experts to prepare income tax returns and provide supporting information
•    Review income tax provision entries that are prepared by the external tax experts

•    Capital Expenditure Request (CER) verification; Capital Expenditure Request (CER)/Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) tracking; Fixed asset subledger; Fixed asset audits
•    Prepare daily, weekly and monthly cash monitoring report
•    Monthly cash forecasting with outstanding AR/AP
•    Finance guideline and policy management
•    Expense policy management and monitoring

5. Job Requirement
FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
•    Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting or Finance

6. EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
•    Bilingual Korean/English highly preferred
•    1-5 years of strong general ledger and reporting experience required
•    Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS
•    Strong PC, Excel, Oracle and other system skills
•    Experience in IT industry is helpful
•    Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
•    Ability to interact effectively with peers, management and executives.

7. Others
To plan the job responsibilities in the monthly cycle in order to meet the cut-offs and tight closing schedule, complete balance sheet and variance analysis, timely account reconciliation, and work on special reports done on a monthly, yearly, and quarterly basis.
