We are looking for a full-time purchasing staff who is highly motivated and detail-oriented.

POSITION FUNCTIONS
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Support bookkeeping procedures, invoicing, account payables
• Maintain Purchase Order system and electronic filing for vendors

REQUIREMENTS
• Associates Degree or 2-years’ experience in purchasing (Preferred, but not required)
• Must be fluent in English
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially Microsoft Excel
• Must be eligible to work legally in the United States

WORK HOURS
Full-time Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm), No weekends

LOCATION
Suwanee, GA
